We started this group for adoptive families to be a source of support, for parents to share experiences, hear each others' kids stories and get together at play groups and other fun social activites. The families can also swap resources and other educational tidbits

This group was started in 2006 by a mom and dad with two adopted kids of a different race and two biological kids. The purpose of the group is to meet and connect ourselves and our children with families that are similar to our own. We have grown to 30+ plus families in the Montclair, New Jersey (and surrounding) area. We are all connected by adoption; many through DYFS, some domestically and some internationally.
